WHAT IS A COOKIE? |
Cookies are small text files that are stored on a user’s device (such as computer, smartphone, tablet or any other device used to access the internet) when the user visits a site.
Cookies are sent from a web server (which is the computer on which the visited website is running) to the user’s browser (such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, etc.) and stored on the computer of the latter; they are then sent back to the website at subsequent visits.
